1. Eligibility and Activity Requirements
All Independent Distributors who are of legal age and residents in Mexico, Colombia, Peru, USA, and the Caribbean Islands are eligible. Participants must remain active with a minimum of 50 TSP in each personal period throughout the duration of the program, including after the expiration of the validity period until the incentive trip is completed. (Active 50 TSP means placing an order within the personal qualification period as indicated in the Bonus Calendar according to your cycle color.)
2. Participation Options and Dragon Accumulation
Independent Distributors may participate either as a team or individually by registering at http://bit.ly/Rumbo_A_JPN. Registration is open throughout the qualification period, and Dragons can be accumulated starting from the cycle in which you register.
3. Measurement Unit: Dragons and Points
A dragon is the way to measure the fulfillment of your goals. In this program, one Dragon is equivalent to 500 points.
4. Qualification Period Details
Destination Japan: From Saturday, July 6, 2024, to Friday, July 4, 2025 (LP4, LP5, LP6 of 2024, LP1, LP2, LP3 of 2025).
The entire program duration, without distinction, will be referred to as the ‘Qualification Period’ for the purposes of this program.
5. Requirements to Secure Your Place
You can secure your place by meeting the following requirements:
a) Destination: Japan
Team Mode: Team Goal of 200 Dragons (100,000 Points); Minimum individual contribution within the team of 20 Dragons (10,000 Points).
Individual Mode: Goal of 70 Dragons (35,000 Points).
In both cases, points for this program will be accumulated from Direct Sponsorship of New Distributors (Starter Packs) plus TSPs (total sales points, personal, and those of your Prime/Sanki customers), provided payments are completed within the qualification period.
Points transfers will be considered part of the TSP of the distributor to whom they are transferred.
Points generated by Dragons will begin to accumulate from the cycle in which you register.
One Dragon is equal to 500 Points for this program.
6. Team Participation Guidelines
a. The team must consist of a minimum of 3 Independent Distributors and a maximum of 5 Independent Distributors. Each team must have a name and a captain.
b. Only one distributor with a Diamond Rank or higher and one distributor with a Platinum Rank are allowed per team. However, having a distributor with either of these ranks is not mandatory.
c. Leadership Rank is not required to join or create a team.
d. Teams can be formed with members from your network (upline/downline), even if they are from other countries where Sanki operates. You have the freedom to choose your team members.
e. The Captain, chosen by the team through mutual agreement, will lead the team and monitor the fulfillment of goals. The Captain can be any team member, regardless of their leadership rank.
f. Register your team at http://bit.ly/Rumbo_A_JPN at any time during the qualification period. The earlier you register, the sooner you can start accumulating Dragons. Points for Dragons will start to accumulate from the registration cycle.
g. Replacement of team members:
A maximum of 2 team member changes are allowed at any time during the qualification period. To request a change, the captain must email [email protected] with the team name, ID, and name of the distributor leaving the team, and the ID and name of the distributor replacing them. The captain will receive an email confirming the change and the number of points subtracted due to penalties, and the cycle in which the new distributor will begin to accumulate points for the program.
Each substitution incurs a penalty of 50% of the points accumulated by the distributor leaving the team.
The distributor leaving the team cannot join another team but may participate individually, starting from zero for the incentive qualification, beginning in the cycle in which they register for the Individual modality.
Points for qualification purposes for this incentive program are separate from points for qualifying for various bonuses in the compensation plan. Your income from compensation plan bonuses will not be affected by the points penalty in this program.
The new team member cannot come from another registered team; they must not have been part of a team previously.
h. If the team meets the Team goal, but one of the participants does not meet the minimum individual goal, that individual will be ineligible to attend the incentive trip. Conversely, if a team member meets the minimum individual goal but the team as a whole does not reach its contribution target by the end of the qualification period, it will be up to the team to decide whether that member participates in the prize.
i. If the team does not meet the group goal, none of the distributors on the team will qualify to attend the incentive trip, even if an individual distributor has met their personal goal within the team.
7. Individual Qualification and Prize Terms
Qualification for this incentive is strictly based on individual achievement, with each distributor eligible for only one place. This program does not allow for multiple qualifications, meaning distributors cannot earn a second slot. The incentive is awarded to the qualifying independent distributor and is non-transferable, non-exchangeable, and cannot be redeemed for cash or any other form of prize.

Failure to comply by the specified deadline will result in being labeled as “NON-ATTENDANT,” leading to the complete forfeiture of the prize by the winner, with Sanki absolved of any responsibility. Winning Distributors are not allowed to cover the expenses for additional individuals who are enrolled as Distributors in Sanki.
Should the winning Independent Distributor wish to bring an additional guest, all arrangements for their participation are entirely the responsibility of the winning Distributor. Sanki will not be responsible for these arrangements or include them in the activities outlined in the travel itinerary.

10. Verification of New Registrations
To ensure the authenticity of new registrations, Sanki reserves the right to conduct verification processes, which may include phone calls, emails, or surprise visits to newly registered distributors or Prime/Sanki customers. If any inconsistencies or irregularities are found between the provided registration information and verification results, Sanki reserves the right to cancel the sponsorship and thereby revoke the sponsoring distributor’s eligibility to participate in the trip.
11. Impact of Returned Orders on Qualification
If an order used for trip qualification is returned during the qualification period, the points attributed to that order will be deducted, potentially affecting your qualification status.
12. Notification Requirements for Winners
Winners must ensure they have a valid email address and mobile number registered with Sanki to receive notifications.
13. Privacy and Use of Personal Information
All personal information provided will be handled in accordance with Sanki’s privacy policy. This may include use on the Sanki website, newsletters, and promotional materials.
14. Non-Attendance Responsibility
If a winner confirms that they will participate in the trip and does not attend the Sanki Trip, the Distributor must reimburse Sanki for any incurred costs. This includes expenses such as hotel reservations, flights, ground transportation, and any other additional costs incurred by Sanki on behalf of the Distributor.
